Your data is used to respond to inquiries, provide quotes for security system design and installation, deliver technical documentation, and improve our services. Data Storage & Retention
Personal data is stored on secure servers located in Canada. We retain contact form submissions for 24 months after the last correspondence, after which they are permanently deleted. Technical logs are kept for 12 months. Access control system blueprints and facility assessment documents are retained for the duration of the project engagement plus three years for compliance auditing. All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3.
